Prior to HARDI, Zachary worked for Deloitte Consulting in the Mergers and Acquisitions Division and has over a decade of marketing, sales, and finance experience with global consumer companies. He has an undergraduate degree in Management from Miami University and an MBA from Indiana University.

Stella Keane
Vice President of Talent Development
Stella Keane is the Vice President of Talent Development. She's responsible for HARDI's Talent Development team, human resources, organizational development, finance, and operations functions. She brings over thirty years of Human Resources experience to the association and has managed best-in-class strategies and programs for talent readiness, succession planning, leadership development, and cultural engagement.

Tim Fisher
Director of Research
Tim leads research and analysis of HVACR market trends, with a focus on wholesale distribution. His work is widely cited, and he was named an ACHR News Top 40 Under 40 professional in 2021. Before HARDI, he directed Government and External Affairs at CDFA, working on federal policy. He holds degrees from Ohio University (B.A., M.A.) and Ohio State (MBA).

Alex Ayers
Vice President of Government Affairs
Alex is HARDI’s lead lobbyist and regulatory expert, with over a decade of experience in Washington, DC. A former Iowa caucus delegate, he built early roots in grassroots politics. He has lobbied, published, and testified on taxes, energy, environment, agriculture, and economics. His work has been cited by the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and the Tax Foundation.
