NAW Files Lawsuit in Oregon for EPR Policy

On July 30th, the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW) filed a lawsuit against the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality over the state’s extended producer responsibility policy that came from the Oregon Plastic Pollution and Recycling Modernization Act. NAW argues the law is unconstitutional.
