Update: House of Representatives Advances Tax Legislation Including HARDI Priorities

The House Ways and Means Committee has advanced a major tax package along party lines. The bill includes new deductions for tips and overtime pay, plus higher SALT caps. However, key HVACR tax credits—25C, 25D, and 45L—are slated for repeal at the end of this year.
