Washington Judge Overturns Natural Gas Preservation Ballot Initiative

On March 21, King County Superior Court Judge Sandra Widlan overturned ballot Initiative 2066. Initiative 2066 was a ballot measure passed in November 2024 by the citizens of Washington to protect consumer choice by preserving natural gas usage by prohibiting the banning of natural gas usage in the state.
