U.S. Appeals Court for the Second Circuit Upholds New York All-Electrification Act

On Tuesday, June 30th, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit upheld the New York All-Electric Building Act. The federal appeals court decision supports the implementation of state and local electrification mandates, regardless of any contradictions to the federal Environmental Protection and Conservation Act (EPCA).
