State of Washington Passes Ballot Measure to Prohibit Bans on Fossil Fuel

On Tuesday, November 5th, the voters of the State of Washington passed Initiative 2066 (i2066), which prohibits state and local governments from restricting access to natural gas. The passing of i2066 marks a state level protection of consumer choice that will send a message to elected officials of what their constituents desire, a choice.
