New York’s Refrigerant Reporting Requirement Begins March 31, 2026

Under Part 494 of the New York Department of Environmental Conservation, all producers, manufacturers, and distributors of refrigerant must register and submit annual reports of their refrigerant sales and activity by March 31 of each year. The first reporting year is 2025, and the first report is due on March 31, 2026.
