New York Approves Variance for VRF Equipment in Part 494 Bans

On November 14th, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) granted a jointly filed variance application for R-410A VRF installations until January 1, 2027. This aligns the New York prohibition date of R-410A VRF systems with the federal phasedown.
