iGas v. EPA: Court Decision Locks in Market Rules Through 2029

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has upheld the EPA’s HFC allocation system, rejecting petitions from iGas Holdings and RMS of Georgia. While the decision was widely anticipated, it provides certainty for refrigerant producers, importers, and distributors planning for the remainder of the current phase-down schedule.
