HARDI Pushes Back on CEC's Third RFI, Offers Alternative

On June 9th, the California Energy Commission (CEC) filed a 3rd RFI on its rulemaking for Energy Data Collection Phase 3. The CEC continued to ignore industry input and pursue language in the 3rd RFI that invades distributors' confidential data, such as customer lists. In response, on July 8th, HARDI submitted comments that opposed the CEC’s proposed language and presented an alternative proposal to the CEC’s approach.
