HARDI & AHRI NYSDEC Lawsuit Update: NYSDEC Files Reply Brief, Refrigerant Delay, and New Party Joined Lawsuit

On April 9th, HARDI and the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) jointly filed a lawsuit against the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) in regard to the burdensome amended regulation, 6 NYCRR Part 494. Since the April 9th filing, HARDI and AHRI filed their Memorandum of Law, which summarizes the legal issue. Then, on July 31st, the NYSDEC filed its Reply Brief.
