EPA releases final HFC Emissions Reduction and Reclamation rule

The Environmental Protection Agency has released the final Emissions Reduction and Reclamation rule affecting HFC refrigerants. The final rule drops the QR code tracking requirements, but does require reporting of sales of reclaimed refrigerants for two years.
