DOE Considers Delaying Furnace and Commercial Water Heater Rules Under Appeal to Supreme Court

DOE is considering delaying the compliance dates for residential furnaces and commercial water heaters. Both of these rules are being appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court and the government has dropped opposition to the appeal.
