Congress has passed resolutions to repeal a recently finalized energy efficiency regulation on Walk-in Coolers and Freezers and Tankless Gas Water Heaters. Congress used its authority under the Congressional Review Act to pass the resolution, which is now heading to the President’s desk for signature.
