Colorado Removes Ultra-low NOx Requirements for Manufactured Homes

On May 13th, the HARDI-supported legislation, Senate Bill 26-002 (SB26-002), passed the Colorado legislature. SB26-002 removes the ultra-low NOx requirements for manufactured home furnaces and water heaters. In collaboration with the Southwest Energy Efficiency Project (SWEEP) and other stakeholders, HARDI supported the amendment of SB26-002 to remove the ultra-low NOx requirements for manufactured home furnaces and water heaters. The legislation has been sent to the Governor and awaits a signature before it can go into effect.
