Colorado Adopts Another Step in Forcing Electrification

On Monday, December 8, the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC) approved and finalized a statewide electrification regulation. The PUC regulation requires the utilities supplying natural gas to cut emissions from home and building heat by 41% over the next decade, with near-total elimination expected by 2050.
