Bay Area Air Quality Management District Files Rule to Force Price and Customer List Reporting

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) has proposed amendments to water heaters’ Rule 9-6. The amendment would require all distributors serving the Greater Bay Area to record and keep customer lists and prices of water heater sales available for audit by the BAAQMD whenever requested.
