Lauren Roberts is the Chairwoman, CEO, and President of cfm Distributors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned HVAC/R distributor serving Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa. With 20 years in the HVAC/R industry—all at cfm—Lauren has held numerous leadership roles. She is a past chair of HARDI’s Marketing Council and currently serves as Lead Director and Membership Committee Chair on HARDI’s Board. Lauren is also Chairwoman of the Blue Hawk purchasing cooperative, a board member of EGIA, and was the 2021 President of Women in HVACR.

As the Vice President of Meier Supply, Dale Norton takes on the responsibility of providing leadership and contributing to the strategy of the company’s overall growth and financial success. Meier Supply is a well-respected regional wholesale distributor of HVAC and refrigeration equipment headquartered in Conklin, NY with 18 locations throughout NY and PA.

Layne began his career at Geary Pacific in 1981 while attending Cal Poly Pomona, initially working part-time as evening security at the headquarters. His curiosity about the company’s operations led him to roles in the Computer Department, Pricing, Purchasing, Branch Operations, Sales, and Management. In 2010, Layne was named CEO of Geary Pacific, bringing decades of hands-on experience to the role

Ken has worked in the HVAC industry for over 35 years, with 32 years in distribution. Starting in 1992 at Century A/C Supply, he held roles such as Inventory Control Manager, VP of IT, VP of Operations, General Manager, and President. Now Vice President & General Manager at Rheem Air Distribution, Ken is passionate about improving operational efficiencies, developing talent, and driving business performance.
Bryan Davenport

Bryan has been with Trane Technologies since 2003, serving in leadership roles across sales, marketing, and strategy within the residential business sector. As Vice President of Independent Distribution for Trane, American Standard, RunTru, Ameristar, and Oxbox, he oversees the strategic development and management of the North American Equipment and Supply business.
Jeff Underwood

Jeff has served as President of RectorSeal since April 2024. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at RectorSeal, including Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining RectorSeal, Mr. Underwood was the Vice President of Marketing at Goodman Manufacturing, a leading HVAC manufacturer and subsidiary of Daikin Group. Earlier in his career, he was a Manager at Bain & Company in the firm’s Industrials practice.
