With nearly a decade of experience on Capitol Hill, he has published research on tax, energy, agriculture, and economic policy, and has testified before Congress. His work has been cited by The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and the Tax Foundation.

Tim Fisher is the Director of Market Intelligence at HARDI, leading HVACR industry research focused on wholesale distribution. He oversees one of the sector’s few association-based economic research teams. Previously, Tim worked on federal public finance policy at the Council of Development Finance Agencies. He holds degrees from Ohio University and an MBA from The Ohio State University.
