Dr. Bharani Nagarathnam is an Associate Professor of Instruction and Director of Master of Industrial Distribution program at the Department of Engineering Technology & Industrial Distribution at Texas A&M University. He is the co-founder of the Talent Development Council that works with distributions on Talent acquisition, management, and development practices. Dr. Bharani has worked on industry projects, consortia, and professional development programs for 100+ industrial distributors and manufacturers.
Jason Sullivan is the founder and CEO of Distro, the AI Sales Automation Platform purpose-built for industrial distributors. Distro empowers counter staff, inside sales, and customer support teams to quote faster, convert more, and deliver expert product recommendations—driving revenue growth from day one.
Prior to founding Distro, Jason co-founded Vested and served as CTO at Elementus. He was previously a Tech Lead at Coatue and a Senior Software Engineer at PeerIQ, and began his career as a credit derivatives trader.
Stella Keane is the Vice President of Talent Development for HARDI the Heating, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International. Stella's responsible for HARDI's Talent Development team, human resources, organizational development, finance, and operations functions. She brings over thirty years of Human Resources experience to the association and has managed best-in-class strategies and programs for talent readiness, succession planning, leadership development, and cultural engagement.
