Mike Robbins
Mike Robbins in the author of five books, including his latest, We're All in This Together. He’s a thought-leader, executive coach, and sought-after speaker who works with teams and organizations of all kinds throughout the country. Some of his clients include Google, Wells Fargo, Microsoft, CBRE, State Farm, Webcor Builders, Taco Bell, Major League Baseball, and many others.
He and his work have been featured in the Wall Street Journal and on ABC News. He’s a regular contributor to Forbes and hosts a weekly podcast called We’re All in This Together.
Scott Freidman
Scott Friedman, one of only 40 Global Speaking Fellows in the World, and former President of the National Speakers Association (NSA), speaks over 50 times a year on employee innovation & engagement, customer experience and how to create a happier, healthier workplace.
Scott co-founded Together We Can Change the World (TWCCTW.org), a 501c3 foundation focused on anti-trafficking, social business, clean water, and the health, education and empowerment of less fortunate girls and women. Currently they have over 20 projects in six SE Asian countries.
Brian Loftus
Based on his experience dissecting economic data over 20 years as an investment analyst, Brian integrates the unique HARDI data along with other data streams to help members see what is on the horizon for their markets. He composes our popular Data Driven Newsletter, designed and authors our HARDInomics service, and designed Demand per Location which is a custom service that allows members to understand the market opportunity and trends around their current and potential locations.
Bharani Nagarathnam
Dr. Bharani Nagarathnam is an Associate Professor of Instruction and Director of Master of Industrial Distribution program at the Department of Engineering Technology & Industrial Distribution at Texas A&M University. He is the co-founder of the Talent Development Council that works with distributions on Talent acquisition, management, and development practices. Dr. Bharani has worked on industry projects, consortia, and professional development programs for 100+ industrial distributors and manufacturers.
Jason Sullivan
Jason Sullivan is the founder and CEO of Distro, the AI Sales Automation Platform purpose-built for industrial distributors. Distro empowers counter staff, inside sales, and customer support teams to quote faster, convert more, and deliver expert product recommendations—driving revenue growth from day one.
Prior to founding Distro, Jason co-founded Vested and served as CTO at Elementus. He was previously a Tech Lead at Coatue and a Senior Software Engineer at PeerIQ, and began his career as a credit derivatives trader.
Stella Keane
Stella Keane is the Vice President of Talent Development for HARDI the Heating, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International. Stella's responsible for HARDI's Talent Development team, human resources, organizational development, finance, and operations functions. She brings over thirty years of Human Resources experience to the association and has managed best-in-class strategies and programs for talent readiness, succession planning, leadership development, and cultural engagement.
