How it works:

HARDI experts leverage the latest state-level and county-level market estimates from the Energy Information Agency and the American Community Survey to identify the installed base in your operating markets. With knowledge of the installed base alongside economic trends, the tool provides insights into the demand levels around your branches.

Then, Distributors integrate their sales data into the tool to:

  1. Measure local market share

  2. Develop targeted sales strategies

  3. Optimize new branch locations for growth

HARDI's Demand Per Location gets members the market intelligence needed to make smarter, data-driven decisions for business growth.

What types of questions can the tool answer?

  • The number of residential units in my state and around my locations

  • The amount of the primary types of residential equipment installed in my state, my locations and potential locations

  • The residential replacement equipment demand in my state, my locations, and my potential locations?

  • The populations densities and trends in my area?

  • The demographics differences around my locations?

  • The economic factors and trends in my area?

  • The property values in my area?

  • Where should I look to expand?

  • Where should I allocate my resources?

  • How can I forecast revenue growth by branch?
