HARDI Signs Letter Supporting the Working Families Flexibility Act

HARDI has signed on to a coalition letter alongside 43 other organizations urging support for the Working Families Flexibility Act (H.R. 2870). This bill would modernize the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) to better reflect the needs of today’s workforce by giving employees more control over how they use their overtime compensation.
