Jason Kirton kicked off the discussion with a blunt truth: “Enterprises don’t need more software. They need smarter, better-connected systems.” He outlined three forces driving last-mile success:

Joyce Schofield emphasized that for many enterprises, the delivery is the only physical customer touchpoint—a moment that can build or destroy trust.
