5 Reasons Focus Conference Should be a Cornerstone in Your Professional Development Plan

April 18, 2023 | 2 minute read

Focus Conference season is upon us! We are particularly excited about this event and hope to see you here in Columbus soon. You may have been to a HARDI Annual Conference, and if so, you'll be familiar with the epic experience we create with content, networking, education, and entertainment. Equally valuable Focus has a slightly different vibe. It's structured to provide a more intimate and "focused" experience in which we give attendees the opportunity to dive deep into the industry's most pressing topics.

If you're thinking about joining us or sending some team members, here's what to expect!

1. Most relevant content to your business

The 2023 HARDI Focus Conference has three distinct tracks: Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain & Analytics. We've worked closely with our member councils to identify areas of opportunity and sought industry experts who will deliver valuable insights and tools to help you enhance your business.

2. Incredible networking

Attendees are a diverse mix of wholesalers, suppliers, manufacturer reps, service vendors and many more. You'll have a chance to meet new peers and reconnect with familiar faces.

3. High-impact speakers and experts

Over 20 speakers from diverse areas of expertise from contractor business owners to professors to Shark Tank alumni, all our speakers have wide-ranging sets of expertise.

4. Government affairs

We're bringing all the latest on the regulatory and political landscape. Alex Ayers will take you through how to prepare for all changes to your business in 2023 and beyond.

5. The HARDI backyard

Columbus is the home to HARDI and its employees. The staff can direct you and join you in sampling the best the city has to offer. If it’s your first time, we can point you to the must-sees. If you’re a veteran, we can show you the off-the-beaten-path places that we love and frequent.

If you're already registered, make sure you have representation to cover each track and share your learnings with the whole team. If you're not already registered - book now, as the hotel cut-off is April 21st!
