HARDI Submits HVACR Industry Concerns to the Anticompetitive Regulation Task Force

On March 27, an Anticompetitive Regulation Task Force was formed under the Department of Justice (DOJ) to eliminate anticompetitive local, state, and federal policy. To help the Task Force find the potentially anticompetitive policies, the Task Force requested input from the public. On May 27, HARDI submitted public comments highlighting 3 categories of policies across several states.
