HARDI Appeals ASME’s Attempt to Monetize Safety Standards onto the HVACR Industry

HARDI has officially filed an appeal against the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)'s passing of Proposal 07-245. ASME’s evolved for-profit subsidiary format has raised concerns of ulterior motives for Proposal 07-245’s adoption. Which were further confirmed when ASME rejected every HARDI member's attempt to join HARDI’s appeal hearing without having to pay the substantial appeal fee.
