HARDI’s Inventory Manager Certification Program focuses on five competency areas: Service vs. Inventory trade-off, Fill Rate (Product Availability) Metrics, Item-level Profitability, Inventory Stratification, and Inventory Risk Mitigation.
STEP 1:
Learn Inventory Management Processes (Weeks 1-4)
- Identify process gaps and evaluate current state of inventory processes
- Map it to financial performance and connect process to profitability
STEP 2:
Develop Inventory Roadmap (Weeks 5-6)
- Understand best practices and look at real-world examples
- Develop inventory roadmap
- Collaborate, improvise and inspire each other
STEP 3:
Implement Inventory Roadmap (Weeks 7-8 & Quarterly Recap)
- Present your roadmap and obtain third-party, neutral feedback
- Present the results and adapt through quarterly catch-ups
