EMERGING LEADERS TASK FORCE

EMERGING LEADERS TASK FORCE

Overview

Mission

Assisting in the development of the next generation of HARDI leaders and executives through access to learning and networking platforms. With these platforms, Emerging Leaders can solidly develop core skills, expand networking options, associate with industry leaders, and expand their business horizons.

The task force paves the way for these learning and networking platforms to happen by organizing engaging content at the HARDI bi-annual events where participants can hear from well known speakers inside and outside the industry, connect with mentors and their peers, and gain insights on cutting edge industry knowledge to propel them to the next level.

In 2020, the task force split and formed a new group. They answered the call to action to continue to evolve and develop the participants by pushing their leadership, industry and networking skills to the next level by working on a new program format for both graduate and non-graduate track participants. As a result of this group, an additional task force will be forming soon, whose focus will be to ensure the engagement of the Emerging Leaders participants year-round and prove event content “stickiness” and implementation.

Interested Emerging Leader Graduate Track participants must serve on an industry council or committee as a program track requirement…why not join the one specifically for your peer group?!
