RESIDENTIAL COUNCIL
Overview
The mission of this council is to help the wholesale distributor be the channel of choice for all suppliers and contractors who serve the residential sector of the HVAC industry. One important focus of the council will be to enhance relationships with suppliers and customers in the residential segment, challenging current trends and encouraging innovation.
Current areas of focus include: A2L in residential products, Industry sales trends and data sharing, Electrification/Decarbonization, Future efficiency changes, Ratings changes and Ductless/hybrid systems changes.

Membership
Ideal Member
An ideal Residential Council member would hold a hands-on role and be a daily participant in their current business. Ideally, the member would also be an active participant within multiple channels of the HVAC/R industry network, customer focused and have a deep knowledge of the residential market. He or she would be expected to work with the group to discover new technologies, trends & other relevant factors that can better the Membership and participate actively in the committee’s meetings.
MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Interested members should let HARDI committee leadership know and be documented and join as vacancies occur.
MEETING TIMES
The Residential Council has monthly phone calls and meets in person at the Annual Conference.
