This council provides the best in class benchmarking products that allow distributors to identify improvement opportunities that drive results. These services include the monthly TRENDS sales survey, quarterly Unitary Market Report, Annual DPD Benchmarking Report, and biennial Compensation Survey report.
Sometimes HARDI’s Analytics and Business Intelligence Council needs the assistance of other HARDI Councils for a deeper understanding of their processes to refine the benchmarking services. We ask that all of HARDI’s Councils make it a priority to contribute when these issues arise.
