COLUMBUS, Ohio, January 23, 2018 – Heating, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) will be holding a Human Resources workshop at the HARDI headquarters April 18-19 in Columbus, Ohio.

“There are many constantly-moving parts in the HR world, and it’s important for HR professionals to stay current through training workshops,” said Krivda. “We’ll be covering a whole range of topics, from hiring to onboarding, to making a handbook that protects the employer, to the ever-prevalent issue of handling millennials.”
“More and more HARDI members are realizing the value in using the resources available to them through HARDI Talent,” said manager of training and HR solutions Nick Benton. “Pam is a phenomenal expert in HR that has proven she understands the ins and outs of HARDI member businesses and the issues they encounter.
